PA Maternity Contract - June start

Salary paying up to £45k 

Our client, a leading private equity firm is looking for a talented PA to join them on a 12-month maternity contract, starting in June. They really value their staff and promote a collaborative working environment and a close-knit, collegiate feel. This will be a remote start as the client has not confirmed their back to office plans as such, so you will need to be comfortable with a remote start initially.

The Role 

This is a PA role supporting 8 VPs within the Operations Team, who work closely with the client's Portfolio companies. This is a really busy role, involving a huge amount of diary and travel management. As a PA in this team, you will need to be completely flexible in your approach to supporting a range of different personalities, working at pace, and demonstrating excellent logistical skills. The team is looking for a PA who will take initiative to provide added value. Such as pulling together research documents, assisting with document collation or updating PowerPoint presentations etc. 

What they are looking for?

• Previous experience working within the alternative investment sector or professional services is highly desirable.
• Proven experience supporting teams
• A PA with excellent communication skills, who is warm, friendly and a natural team player
