Birmingham 2022 are looking for an experienced HR Reporting & Systems Analyst to join the Human Resources team at Games Headquarters in Birmingham. The successful applicant will become the inhouse HR Information Systems (HRIS) and People Data expert, acting as the key systems administrator and be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the HRIS system.

The incumbent will provide user training for other HRIS users, design and manage HRIS reporting and will manage data entry as new people data is added to the organisation and system. They will also provide support within the HR team, with an emphasis on the system and reporting.

Responsibilities

Being a subject matter expert for HR Dynamics 365 and managing the overall system administration and maintenance.
Responsible for managing system upgrades and testing
Seek improvement opportunities through key stakeholders in Games Systems, Technology, and 3rd party suppliers
Responsible for the implementation of system design changes that are brought about by additional requirements of the Organising Committee.
Provision of timely and accurate MI reporting to assist and inform the wider HR team, including Payroll reporting preparation
Accountable for the preparation of HR data analysis to support the HR function and other business areas in decision-making, within SLAs
Responsible for producing people data relating to all worker types across the Organising Committee
Update the HR System with any changes to the organisational structure (i.e. reporting lines)
Monitoring employee absence and compiling absence reports in accordance with policy and appropriate triggers
Supporting the monthly payroll cycle with the relevant payroll data reports, to ensure compliance and fulfilment of audit requirements.
Providing 3rd party supplier with employee data in line with take up of appropriate Organising Committee employee benefits
Training of end users of HR Dynamics 365 and employee self-serve system

Skills and Experience Required

Essential

Experience in HR Reporting and/or HRIS management
Strong HRIS administration experience, particularly as an in-house "subject matter expert"
Advanced HRIS user skills
Knowledge of or having previously used Power BI reporting tool
Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Highly accurate in systems and Office suite documents, with self governance processes as natural approach
Desirable

Experience in using Dynamics HR
Certificate in Personnel or CIPD qualified or working towards
Experience and knowledge of Gantt charts
This position is subject to a Basic criminal record check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
