Recruitment Advisor (12 month FTC)

The Client - is a reputable firm with offices regionally and internationally.

They are looking for a Recruitment Advisor (12 month FTC - potential for perm) to join the team in their Newcastle office. This firm prides itself on honesty and collaborative working.

The Role - is based in Newcastle with some flexibility of home working. As the Recruitment Advisor you will be joining an established team that needs additional headcount to support with their success and growth. There are 3 other Advisors alongside you and you will report into the Recruitment Manager.

You will:

• Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for a number of key appointments across both Fee Earner and Business Support. 
• Focus on direct sourcing and diversity
• Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers

You - will have previous Recruitment Advisor experience and:

• be able to demonstrate you have a robust process to identify and engage with future talent
• be ambitious and passionate about what you do
• be used to working in a very fast-paced environment

Previous experience within Professional Services would be advantageous but my client is keen to see talent from retail or hospitality too.
