Digital Marketing Manager required for 12-month maternity contract at successful global law firm. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for client facing online marketing initiatives of the firm, including the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of web solutions. This position examines the business needs and goals of the firm, ensures web strategy is aligned with strategic priorities, and that the firm is differentiated from competitors. This position is also responsible for the leadership of the Website Team, working with the Director of Marketing Operations to establish goals and priorities, develop programming to meet those goals, and project manage the team and outside consultants through to the successful completion of those programs.

Responsibilities will include:

Lead the Global Website Team in the design and development of web properties and solutionsManage various web projects, including:
- Implementation of web template designs
- Migration of existing web properties to alternative CMS
- Web content enhancements
- Data integrations
- SEO improvements
- Cutomized template designs for lead generationSupervise, mentor and develop junior team memberOversee day-to-day content management on the firm's primary website, including training and supporting other members of staff to perform basic content duties, as well as some hands-on content responsibilitiesDevelop annual and individual project budgets, track spend and prepare reportsCollaborate with marketing teams to develop and continually refine best practices and standards across the firm for web contentIdentify, evaluate and implement technical tools/solutions to support business goals and enhance outcomesOversee analytics design and reporting and make recommendations to stakeholders and teams to improve performance Work with Risk & Compliance to ensure all web properties remain compliant with data privacy, accessibility and other relevant laws/regulations Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with vendors

The ideal canddiate will have a relevant degree, and a strong background in digital marketing including website development, content management, website metrics and best practices; search engine optimization, lead generation and social media marketing. You must have experience of supervising team members and good project management experience. Law firm experience is ideal, otherwise wide professional services. Some HTML coding knowledge is highly desirable, and experience of WordPress, Google Analytics and Google Data Studio would be preferred.
