Description
As Sales Support Administrator, you will report to the Team Leader and will be part of a small but stable sales support team. Duties will include building and maintaining a strong knowledge of the businesses range of products, being the first point of contact for new orders, accurately processing orders, liaising with customers to keep them regularly updated of their orders, liaising with internal departments in order to resolve queries, and more.
