Sales Administrator

Elevation Office Support are currently recruiting for a Sales Order Processor to work for our client, a well-established manufacturing business based in Rotherham.

The role will sit within an established Sales Team to provide day to day internal customer facing contact. Dealing with all forms of customer communication, making certain the voice of the customer is always heard. To support sales teams whilst they are in the field, enabling them to liaise with customers effectively.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

* Receiving, logging and processing customer enquiries within correct timescales
* Order Management - Ensuring that stock is correctly allocated to achieve customer OTIF (on time in full) targets and that customer expectations are managed carefully and accurately
* Preparing and processing all aspects of export documentation, from order through to the shipment
* Following up quotations in a timely manner and logging any feedback from the customer on the system
* Effectively dealing with consignment stock held out at customer sites to ensure replenishment and invoicing is processed through the system in a timely and accurate manner
* Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers
* Supporting the external sales team with the management of their individual accounts
* Working closing with our returns department to ensure the process of returns

To be considered for this role you must have experience within a sales office or customer services environment and be competent in all Microsoft office programs (especially Excel).
You will need to be professional and articulate and be able to communicate effectively at all levels of a customer's organisation with strong attention to detail and numerical skills. You will be highly organised and self-motivated with a positive attitude to work.
Experience of using SAP and knowledge of Export would also be an advantage.
