We are looking for a Student Services Administrator to join our team based at Brighton University.

The Student Services Administrator role provides a vital support services at our Brighton University Campus. In this role you will provide relevant administration tasks, typically including acting as the first point of contact for internal and external customers and other stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for local performance reporting, minute taking, handling student queries in person, by email and on the phone, processing students' post, issuing keys and logging maintenance requests.

It will be key to build good relationships with stakeholders and partners, promoting and representing L&Q. Daily you will be engaging with a range of stakeholders including residents, University of Brighton staff, fire service, police, and contractors.

Requirements include:

?? Being highly organised and able to manage and prioritise a demanding workload and have excellent attention to detail

?? Have excellent written and verbal communication

?? Experience of using Microsoft office packages

Key responsibilities include:

?? Working collaboratively with others across the Trust to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services. Liaise with relevant partners for internal and external functions to ensure service delivery

?? Maintain the necessary relevant Trust records and systems. Examples include processing of invoices and purchase orders, both manual and via iBuy our internal invoice system

?? Working with minimal support and wherever possible pre-empting the support required by the rest of the team on site.
