A tech firm that has gone through phenomenal growth over the last few years is looking for an Office Administrator to join their operational team.  

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a busy Office Administrator role with lots of variety, within a supportive team where you will be able to work in full autonomy! Typical duties include:
  • Answering incoming calls and acting as the gatekeeper for Senior Managers
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Managing the meeting bookings and ensuring they are appropriately set up
  • Ensuring stationery and kitchen supplies are fully stocked.
  • Coordinating with contractors to get issues fixed quickly
  • Liaising with the landlords when required
  • Taking ownership of the general office upkeep
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties
WHO YOU ARE

To be successful, you will have at least a years’ experience in an administrative or reception based role, be extremely proactive, be an efficient problem solver, and be able to think on your feet!

Essential requirements:
  • At least 1 year experience in an Administrative or Reception based role
  • Experience in a smaller office environment would be preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work in a flexible approach as the company is growing therefore forever changing
  • Proactive nature
  • Good use of initiative
  • Efficient problem solver
  • High attention to detail
