Role:

Looking for a confident and resilient PA to support a demanding CEO in all aspects of his life. We are looking for someone who enjoys a true PA role but is happy to work as an integral part of a small team. You must pay attention to detail and be able to deliver high-end support under pressure. The role has both business and personal aspects and has no limitations and you will be the primary point of contact in all instances. The PA will be required to support the COO and the CEO’s family when required.

Skills/Experience Required:

• Prior PA experience required
• Strong diary management skills and ability to cope with multiple changing schedules
• Well organised and able to multi-task, juggle workloads and meet strict deadlines
• Advanced MS office skills with proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Strong communication skills; both written and spoken

Responsibilities:

• Extensive business and personal diary management, arranging internal and external meetings, scheduling telephone and video conferences
• Dealing with correspondence and confidential documents
• Full office management and to ensure office is stocked appropriately
• Preparation of various documents including presentations, press releases, meeting agendas and schedules
• Maintaining various spreadsheets
• Invoice management
• Budget control
• Private PA assistance
• Recruitment and management of household staff
• Travel; booking flights, visa applications, passport renewals together with ESTA and GOES applications, accommodation, restaurants and transfers
• Car management
• Travel, car, household and buildings insurance management including all renewals and claims
• Household utilities
• Ad hoc support
