This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious, creative, and driven sous chef to join a newly acquired restaurant in Wandsworth.

ABOUT

My client is looking for an experienced Sous Chef (with notable experience) who is ready to embrace a new project and embrace this opportunity to work alongside the senior team.

THE ROLE

• Food preparation, cooking, and serving to the highest standard of all meals in the kitchen from fresh, ensuring efficiency and consistent high quality is met at all time
• Responsible for managing stock levels within the kitchen
• Responsible for placing all orders for consumables and supplies for the catering department, following procurement procedures and policies in place
• Achieving the best price vs quality
• To play an active part in the development and maintenance of good relationships and standards

THE CANDIDATE

• A real passion for hospitality, food, and quality fresh ingredients
• The motivation and leadership skills to represent the brand
• Previous experience working in a leadership kitchen role
• A keen eye for detail to ensure delivery of the highest standards of quality food at all times
• Ability to multi-task and effectively manage relationships at all levels
• A desire to succeed and help drive the business forward as we grow

Salary:  £28,000 - £30,000
