PA to HR Director - Luxury Brand

Leading luxury retail brand based in the West End is looking for a professional and proactive PA to support the global HR Director.  This role is a mix of business and personal support and does require a confident, capable, resilient candidate to support in a global capacity.  We are looking for a well organised PA with excellent communication skills to act as a true right hand.  Essential for this role is commitment and a successful track record providing 1;1/ 1:2 board support.  

Role:

• Extensive liaison with internal and external stakeholders on a global scale
• Management of internal and external emails
• Diary management - managing priorities as necessary
• Meeting management - preparing documentation and information packs as necessary
• Reports, presentations, minutes and communications
• Global travel arrangement and schedules
• Ensure efficient day to day running of Directors office and home 
• Personal work as and when required

Person

• Extensive experience supporting an Executive 
• Proven ability to multi task and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail essential
• First class communication skills - written and verbal
• Strong organisational skills
• Flexible approach with the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information
• Calm, capable, sensitive and discrete
• Confident team player
