My client are a well established and respected law firm based in the Stamford area who now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paralegal/Office Administrator to join their Private Client team (with Wills, Probate, Trusts and Lasting Power of Attorneys) on a full time and permanent basis, working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with a salary from GBP18k depending on experience.

The role will be varied but will consist of typical administration support such as:

* Following the client journey

* Assisting clients with their queries and answering the phones

You will also be responsible for supporting the Head of Department and Solicitors, working on a caseload of private client requirements using their case management system.

Your focus will be on providing high standards of client care, with an emphasis on professionalism and having a pleasant demeanor.

You will be providing client support for their existing client base through a combination of telephone, email, post and through in person meetings. You will also have to deal with email, letter, and telephone communications promptly.

To be considered for the role you must:

* Have previous experience within Wills/Probate/Trusts/Lasting Power of Attorneys

* Be comfortable taking responsibility for your own workload, and adhering to clients' needs

* Have the ability to work to and meet strict timescales

* Have excellent IT skills, in particular the ability to work with trust and estate accounts based on Excel

* Be able to deal with clients with empathy and professionalism

* Be confident and able to exercise your own initiative

* Have strong written and oral communication skills

* Have strong numeracy skills
