Corporate Receptionist 6 month contract to PERM

Corporate Receptionist - for London Corporate Reception - 6 month Contract initially with the hope of going permanent. strong customer service skills needed (Amazing Benefits) Liaising with private investors to deliver that 5* guest services experience.

Someone who has worked for either a 5* Hotel or within corporate reception OR been a member of the cabin crew. Main duties - with a high level of responsibility.

DUTIES:

• Liaising with private clients and providing a 5* guest experience
• Reservation of meeting rooms on a computerised meeting room booking system
• Taking some internal calls on a switchboard,
• Meeting and greeting clients in reception. Ensuring clients receive VIP treatment
• Liaising with other departments and the catering team and the AV team
• Liaising with the PAs and executive directors
• Assisting in the co-ordination and preparation of meeting rooms
• Booking couriers
• Administration Adhoc duties
• Booking catering facilities - organising lunches and liaising with catering team.
• Having an eye for detail and checking rooms are perfect each time.
