Our client, a well-established and industry-leading business is seeking an HR Manager to join their growing and developing team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the board of Directors, this is a pivotal role that will oversee the HR function within the business, with administrative support provided.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 3 qualified to a minimum, although Level 5 would be preferable. You will ideally have experience in an HR Manager role, either as part of a team or in a standalone position.
Key Responsibilities:
- To take charge of the HR function within the business on a standalone basis, with a view to the department and overall business growing
- To keep up to date with legislation, regulations and areas of good practise
- Report to the board of Directors on all HR matters
- To liaise with all company employees to maximise engagement throughout the business
- Act as the primary contact for all employees
- Manage all staff grievance and disciplinary issues
- Manage and oversee the recruitment within the business
- Write, manage and keep up to date with all company policies
- Act as an advisory for the board of Directors on all HR matters
