HR Business Partner

We are delighted at Liberty HR Recruitment to be working with our Client on an exclusive basis in finding them an amazing HR professional. This is a technology / manufacturing business who really understands the importance of HR. This company is part of a global business and therefore this role will be part of a wider HR function.
* You will be responsible for leading the HR function on site and will lead, coach and mentor a collaborative HR team of 3.
* You'll provide strategic and day to day leadership, developing and delivering the People strategy, that includes all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
* You will be involved in some great HR projects and have the ability to utilise your change management and organisational development skills.
* You will have experience of managing budgets, forecasting and be familiar with metrics.
Reporting into the CEO and supporting the SLT, you will be part of the Leadership Team. You will also have a dotted line into the Head of HR of the larger global group.
You will be based in the newly created offices in Huddersfield, but you will also have the ability to work from home.
As an individual you will have oodles of stakeholder management experience, have a 'transformational mindset', be able to influence and have a 'can-do' attitude as this role is both operational and strategic. You will be passionate about people and the HR function and have commercial acumen.
Professionally qualified to CIPD Level 7 is desirable, but not essential.
This role is paying up to GBP55k depending on experience, plus benefits.
