A high end, luxury serviced office group are looking for a Centre Manager to join the team. This client pride themselves on being 5 stars in all aspects from their customer service, to the design and set up of the physical building and offices.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy Centre Manager role within a luxury building, providing the best service through your team, so you will be someone who takes pride in every single aspect in your role! Typical duties include:
To be successful, you will have two-three years’ experience working in a luxury market/high-end clientele where you have been used to needing ultra-high standards, providing 5-star customer service to VIP’s, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.
Essential requirements:
This role will pay up to £35k (DOE) plus excellent benefits.

- Ensuring the building and all its communal areas are impeccable at all times with an eye for finer detail.
- Before clients move in you will ensure all the relevant equipment, furniture etc is ordered and set up.
- When onboarding clients you will be their main contact to ensure a smooth move.
- Dealing with all the admin with new clients joining your building
- Coordinating for contractors to come to site and fix any issues
- Dealing with vendors and ordering stationery and supplies
- Producing all the invoicing and billing for clients monthly.
To be successful, you will have two-three years’ experience working in a luxury market/high-end clientele where you have been used to needing ultra-high standards, providing 5-star customer service to VIP’s, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.
Essential requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a luxury, high-end environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with experience dealing with HNWI/VIP’s
- Impeccable standards
- Proactive nature
- Good use of initiative
- Efficient problem solver
- High attention to detail
