This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced PA to join a highly successful and growing skincare brand to support their ultra-high net worth founder as his right-hand across both his private life and his businesses. Our client is a very successful entrepreneur, who has a mix of interests inside and outside of the skincare company and requires world-class support to ensure his life runs smoothly at all times.

This is a truly rare opportunity for an intelligent, astute, organised and accomplished all-rounder to become the right hand of an inspirational leader. You will hit the ground running providing first-class executive assistance and private PA support and be given the opportunity to become the principal’s business manager.

With day-to-day leadership of the business now handed to the CEO, the founder is excited to begin working on high-impact and transformative projects within the company - from product development to brand strategy and M&A opportunities - he will parachute into cross-functional teams to lead projects and you will be there alongside him to support at every step.

You will also support him across all areas of his private life, managing his private and rented households, finances, and personal diaries to ensure that every element of his life runs like clockwork, pre-empting his needs to ensure that everything is managed efficiently.

Usual working hours are from 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday, with an early 4:30pm finish on a Friday. Occasional our of hours on-call will be required also.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Prior experience within a PA or Business management role
  • Degree educated or equivalent qualifications
  • Project management experience and skills are essential
  • Bookkeeping experience (even if not recent) would be preferred
  • Knowledge of the Google productivity suite (Gmail, Drive etc) would be hugely advantageous
  • Any property/letting management experience would also be a bonus
