Admin/Customer Service GBP21,00-GBP25,000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity to gain experience in an admin/customer service role
5 hours a weekKey tasks and duties
Process daily orders across multiple platforms, include emails, manual or EDI software to in house system accurately at cut off time.
Create dispatch note and courier consignments accurately and pass to warehouse
Answer enquiries over email and phone calls, in a timely manner
Log enquiries and record trail of key events
Obtain information and evidence, identify nature of enquiry and real cause
Proactively resolve a high percentage of customer enquiries at first contact
Providing an excellent customer experience, in line with company policy and agreed contractual obligations.
Demonstrate in depth knowledge of products and services, to queries and requests
Receive return items, inspect, record the condition and activity, follow up where necessary
Manual pick, pack and dispatch of replacement parts, update customers and in-house records
Maintain the return goods area in acceptable condition, accurate record of inventory, spare parts with quantity and movements
Complete other tasks on request of management
Provide daily work report to management
Provide feedback to improve customer experience
Supporting the company to achieve its objectives
Adhering to Health and Safety requirementsThe ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will have their own transport and full UK driving license
Will be highly motivated
A fast learner
Have written and computer skills
Be able to operate inhouse software and common office programs
Additional skills are preferred such as data gathering, analysis, reports, ecommerce and social marketingBehaviours needed to succeed in this role
Teamwork
Be able to work collaboratively with others
Good communication between you and other co-workersOwnership
Be able to take responsibility for any mistakes you make
Make sure you take pride in your work and perform at a high levelLearning
Be able to lean on the job and continue to improve
