A brand new Executive Assistant/ Office Manager role for a brand new clean energy start-up based in Mayfair. This Executive Assistant role is not to be missed for a hard-working and organised EA who wants to assist with the starting phase of this exciting new firm which is the offshoot of a highly successful and well established Hedgefund. Experience within the clean energy sector would be fantastic but not essential!
The role will start off being remote working, and then you will be going into the office and supporting a busy team of up to 8-9 people with the main support to CEO, Fund Manager, COO and Client Relations.
This Executive Assistant position requires the person to be a problem solver; having come from a busy work environment successful start-up would be great! You will have managed a workload before, having excellent calan=der and meeting organisation. If you have created any client marketing material that could be handy but not essential.
This is a busy and highly changeable role hired as a maternity cover with a strong possibility of going perm!
Excellent written and spoken English is essential. You must have superb grammar and communication skills. The ideal EA will be smart with previous experience within a busy hedge fund, energy firm or start-up!
