What would I be doing day to day?

Position: Talent Partner

This role will be based in office and remotely

Who will I be reporting into: People Director

Key duties:

• Full lifecycle of recruiting; job adverts, candidate sourcing, selection and screening and ATS management
• Organising and attending recruitment events
• Actively promote Diversity & Inclusion when considering Talent and to the wider organisation
• Participate in budget meetings
• Onboard all successful talent
• Working with the Leadership team to map talent and succession planning
• Assist the HR team

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience:

• Previous Talent Management experience, ideally 2 plus years
• Previous exposure to Technology or Finance would be beneficial but not necessary
• Previous HR exposure would be beneficial but not essential
• An understanding of Diversity & Inclusion
• An excellent track record of dealing with confidential information
