Senior Project Administrator

Salary: GBP28,000.00 - GBP32,000.00

Our client is looking for a senior administrator who is adaptable with a felxible approach to their duties. Working within a small team this new position will require you to:-

Creating profit margin reports for the MD (must be Excel proficient with formulas etc)

Overseeing and managing the administration side of installation which will include:

* liaising with all the stakeholders to ensure that all timescale and budgets are adhered too. (Designers, Logistics, Project Managers)

* Ordering of the appliances and other goods for the installation schedule

* Monitoring all snagging and completion dates to ensure that deadlines are met and reported on

* Setting up and managing the online task boards for each project to ensure nothing is missed

Their role is to ensure that everything needed for a project installation is on site at the right time and that the installations are completed within our preferred time frame. Once the installation is completed a report is to be generated which will analyse the profit margin and all other KPI's.

\you will need to be;

* Highly motivated

* Capable of working under your own initiative

* Work well under pressure

* Good problem solver

* Very detail orientated

* Very good computer skills/able to pick up new software quickly

* Strong personality and able to communicate across all levels

Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
