Probate Administrator, Leamington Spa

Salary: cGBP18,000 per annum plus benefits

We are looking for experienced Legal Administrators (Wills and Probate), to work for an independent, well-established and expanding firm, at their office in Leamington Spa.

We have a number of full-time permanent positions for experienced Private Client Administrators or Private Client Paralegals with previous Wills, Trusts, and Probate experience, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Immediate start dates are available.

Suitable candidates will have previous legal administration experience in the areas of private client (wills, trusts, probate, estate planning), excellent attention to detail, a high level of computer literacy, good customer service skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. A law degree would be beneficial but is not essential, provided you have the relevant private client/wills and probate legal administration experience.

The role will involve:

* Monitoring and responding to team emails

* Reviewing files and chasing for outstanding information

* Use of in house computer system

* Arranging and allocating payments

* Drafting legal documents and correspondence

* Arranging for the completion of trust tax returns and ensuring that records are maintained

* Arranging meetings, liaising with clients and advisors

* Provision of administration support to a busy team in the areas of wills, trusts, probate and estate planning
