As Sales and Support Administrator you will???

Work with the company's billing platform to manage all aspects of the customer journey, ensuring their data is up to date at all times.
Provide first line support re billing queries.
Create and process new contracts using the company's e-signing system and managing contract renewals.
Undertake sourcing of suppliers, negotiating and managing the purchasing process through the relevant portal.
Help to compile company statistics as required by senior management.
Deliver a broad range of sales and administrative support across various areas of the business.
Support other members of the team as required.
The ideal Sales and Support Administrator will demonstrate???

A working knowledge of an e-billing platform - ideally.
Proven experience in working with data across a variety of areas.
Excellent numeracy skills and someone who learns quickly.
An organised, methodical, and structured method of working, with excellent attention to detail.
Well-developed communication and customer service skills.
A cheerful and helpful attitude towards customers, suppliers, and the internal team.
Efficient, effective computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite (essential).
The ability to prioritise whilst managing a range of tasks, plus sound judgement, and initiative.
