A fantastic opportunity for an experienced, professional and flexible candidate looking for a part-time position to join a hugely successful international firm in a highly varied administrative role 3 days a week. A boutique environment and a small team, this person will be the lynchpin for the office and will be meeting and greeting clients, organising refreshments, travel planning, prepping for meetings and managing budgets. You will be relied upon to oversee the smooth running of the office and ensure that the team has everything they need.
Based in South West London and with a friendly, family feel, this hybrid role will suit an individual who is highly professional, collaborative and flexible, who likes being the go-to person and getting things done. A keen eye for detail, the ability to work at pace and to wear many hats is essential.
A natural problem solver with a positive approach you will be a brilliant communicator who is good at building relationships and used to dealing with confidential information.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 5 years previous office management/ PA or administrative experience in professional services.
