BPS World have partnered with a leading Ofsted-registered provider of Half-Term, Easter and Summer camps in the UK for children aged 4 - 14 years. Running at over 40 locations from Dorset to North Yorkshire, their camps are an excellent choice for school holiday childcare across England.
BPS World are looking for a Customer Service and Sales Executive who will be dealing with inbound and outbound customer service and sales calls, assisting with bookings and general customer service enquiries, and working with our operation team to ensure the smooth running of our camps during the busy seasons.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Communicate with parents in friendly and efficient manor over the telephone
* Dealing with a high volume of both inbound and outbound customer service and sales calls/emails
* Booking camp places for parents
* Answering questions regarding camps and courses
Requirements:
* Experience working on a CRM system
* Able to manage customer enquiries efficiently and efficiently
* A great telephone manner
* A friendly and positive attitude
