Working for a prestigious wealth management company on the outskirts of St Albans, this is a fantastic opportunity for an outgoing individual to join a fast paced and highly successful team in a busy but rewarding role.  Reporting in to the Operations and HR Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all employees are able to receive a high touch, engaging training and development programme through a blended approach. 

You will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programmes specifically for graduates but also for the wider team.  You will design and deliver soft skills programmes, maintain relationships with external providers and oversee the delivery of technical training courses. There will also be ad hoc project work within the HR team.

You will have professional services or financial management industry experience, be experienced in writing and delivering training material, possess strong presentation skills and excellent IT skills.

You must be a car owner/driver with easy access to their St Albans and be happy to travel to Central London one day per week to work from their London offices.
