An exciting, start-up fintech is looking for an Information Security Engineer to join their dynamic team in the City.
The Role
- Oversee security, governance, risk and compliance audits
- Develop processes, policies, guidelines, and procedures for Information Security
- Provide information security awareness training to identified personnel
- Identify information security risk and define remediation plans
- Main POC for all IT and data security matter within the firm
- Working closely with the Cyber SOC to protect the business against threats, develop the security posture and infrastructure
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or similar
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field
- Familiar with compliance frameworks; GDPR, Sox or PCI-DSS
- Demonstrable experience of AWS, public cloud and security
- Good understanding of security architecture principles
- Analytical mind, excellent problem solving skills, ability work under pressure
