A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Bi-lingual French and English Investor Relations and Sales Support candidate to work for a leading private equity and capital advisor in their recently new, Paris office!

The Role
  • Investor relationship development support; managing and updating contacts 
  • Working closely with the LP Relationship Managers; workload prioritisation, action points, follow up
  • Outreach, marketing and due diligence support; assist with onboarding and due diligence processes
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable EU regulatory requirements
  • Administrative support; diary and inbox management, booking travel, expenses
Candidate
  • Bi-lingual in French and English; ideally based in Paris 
  • Has or wanting to study for their AMF Certification exams
  • Experience or interest in the private equity, asset manager or fund placement
  • Works well under pressure and in a fast pace environment
  • Team player; positive, “can do” attitude
  • Well-presented with excellent communication skills
