Team Assistant to HR team with Recruitment Coordinator duties

A brand new role working for a renowned finance company, close to Bank Station in the City. This is an exciting, fast paced, dual role; Team Assistant to HR team and Recruitment Coordinator to the Talent Team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within the finance industry and also have some recruitment experience. The team are all very hardworking and forward thinking, they need a Team Assistant who is driven, ambitious and super organised. Paying £38,000-£42,000 plus benefits.

Duties include:
*Diary management
*Travel arrangements
*Supporting the Talent Team - scheduling lots of interview
*Coordinating the recruitment process
*Reporting
*Project support
*Expenses
*Preparing presentations
*Arranging events and assessment days
