An exciting fintech is looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to join their dynamic team in the City. This is a strategic and hands on position for a fully financed start up.
In this role you will:
The right candidate will have:
Depending on experience, they are offering up to £65k for this role with a performance-related bonus and a whole host of other benefits.
In this role you will:
- Developing IT processes to attain ISO9001 and ISO27001 accreditation, and performing associated audits (internal and 3rd party)
- Developing new ideas and tech to improve infrastructure, data protection and cybersecurity
- Organising penetration testing of the business and the infrastructure.
- Dealing with vendors and suppliers – negotiating contracts and dealing with procurement
The right candidate will have:
- An IT degree and continuous learning to stay abreast of the latest tech and solutions
- 8 years’ experience managing IT Operations within banking of professional services
- A good knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO27001 requirements
