French and Spanish Speaking Patient Liaison (Clinical Trials) Meeting and Planning Company £30-£35k

A fantastic opportunity is offered by this US owned meeting and event planning company servicing blue chip clients in the pharmaceutical industry. As part of their professional service, they offer a confidential and personalized process of getting patients to and from clinical treatment centres for clinical trials. You will serve as the primary point of contact to clients, patients, study sites and vendors for each study based in Europe. Responsibilities will include:

·       Consulting with clients to identify goals and compliance, problem solving and decisions making

·       Responsibility for oversight of all necessary travel arrangements including flights, hotel, ground transportation and special needs assistance

·       Oversight of reimbursements to patients for approved expense and maintaining the on-line study portal

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Spanish and French (spoken and written) and ideally have experience within the hospitality/meeting planning industry. Degree level of education (or equivalent) with a charismatic personality able to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously. A high level of computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases are needed along with knowledge and understanding of foreign currency.  Please note this role is HOME BASED.
