Senior HR Administrator required for highly successful, international  Fin Tech in Central London. Reporting into the HR Generalist key duties will include managing HR projects, benefits administration, co-ordinating training initiatives, on-boarding of new starters, managing the reference process as well as ad-hoc admin support to the HR Generalist including diary management and interview co-ordination.

Previous HR Administration experience within finance or professional services is required as well as the ability to work at a fast-pace while juggling various HR projects. A CIPD qualification is also a plus.
