Role: Private PA
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 9am – 6pm (on-call 24/7)
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 gross per annum

We are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant, for a full-time position working for an UHNW businesswoman in Central London.
During office hours (9am – 6pm) the PA will be based either in the Principal’s office or the family home in Central London. You will however be expected to be on-call outside of office hours and be available to take calls and respond to emails remotely. You must be happy to be on call 24/7.
You will be responsible for providing a mix of business and personal support (predominantly the latter). You will manage the Principal’s diary, social calendar and appointments, make reservations, book tickets and schedule social engagements. You will assist with all worldwide travel, events, personal shopping, household staff management and errand running.
You must have a meticulous eye for detail and excellent communication and administrative skills, and the ability to use your initiative to work to the highest level. It is very important that the PA is loyal, trustworthy, adaptable, extremely efficient and well organised with a highly professional approach. You must have a positive ‘can do’ attitude to address any obstacles you may be presented with.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with demonstrable experience supporting an individual in the fashion industry in a business and private capacity. Ideally you will have a little black book and be very resourceful; good at multitasking.

- Co-ordinating all worldwide travel including visa requirements

- Errand running
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and willing to work with a rapidly changing set of priorities
