This HR Manager vacancy is perfect if you know the food industry or similar FMCG environments, you like busy and not fazed by the demands of a bright, high energy Senior Team who need a strong HR Manager to guide and drive the team read on ???
* There is a real vibrancy in this business. Managing the team and tackling the day-to-day issues are key to this role.
* Deadline driven environments require quick thinking and an ability to know the detail and think on your feet.
* This role will have those challenges and working closely with the support of the HRD and a wider HR community allows for personal development in the role.
* A strong communicator with high energy, you will have proven ability in coaching and training and an intuitive style to encourage drive and implement change in best practice and behaviours.
* Having a wider HR community to liaise and network with opens a fantastic space for your engagement with other HR peers for support and guidance.
* Being able to share best practice and take this back to your site is key to enable further development of the senior teams.
* The priorities change daily so you need to be agile, able to think and your feet and reprioritising will be a daily occurrence. As with most food manufacturing environments, ER issues are always on the agenda, driving improvements through your team and influencing the senior management team on all HR issues.
