Customer Service Team Leader - UPVC Window Manufacturer
Our exclusive client is a well-established manufacturer of bespoke home improvement products. They are a market leading, standalone business who are part of a wider group and they have been experiencing strong and sustained growth due to the products they supply. They have several sites in the UK with a head office and main manufacturing facility in Corby.
They now have an urgent requirement for an experienced UPVC Window, Door or Conservatory Customer Service professional to join them to lead a team of Customer Service Operatives operating in a fast-paced business to business sales environment.
The main responsibilities of the role will be:
* Be a clear leader and a driving force.
* Deliver the highest level of customer service to our customers through the entire sales process from estimating, order processing, production through to delivery
* Work closely with transport administrator and credit controller responsible for the same area to ensure smooth and timely completion of orders
* Working with the Customer Service manager to recruit and train new personnel and motivate them to the high standard of existing team members.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate all or most of the following skills and experience:
* Solid experience utilising window designer 8 or similar
* Knowledge of the PVC products, with a desirable minimum 5 years' experience in the industry.
* Logical thinking and a team player with the ability to make decisions make independently.
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills via telephone, email and internal messaging software.
