A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor with FMCG experience.
My client are a fast paced, busy, large manufacturing site. The role of the HR Advisor is to support the Head of HR with all generalist day to day responsibilities with a focus on assisting with employee relations issues and case loads. The role will also run with a learning and development project. This will focus on compliance and regulation of staff qualifications, assisting the business in moving the management of this long term across to an electronic system that can help to proactively manage this
