As a HR Administrator, you will be a pivotal part of our HR team. You will manage the confidential and regulated HR data for all employees 300 plus. Ensuring all files are retained for best practice and all data collated is correct and consistent. Senior managers will require support with report generation across absence management, holidays, hours worked and peak staffing levels.

BASIC SALARY: GBP23,000 to GBP25,000 depending on experience

JOB DESCRIPTION: HR Administrator / HR Co-ordinator

You spot the small errors and mistakes others miss, you pride yourself on being accurate, in fact you are the king or queen of spot the difference games. Excel is your friend (VLook up, pivot tables etc)
Admittedly our people data is a little all over the place, some in excel and some in our HRIS, you will be key to bringing order and process to our data collection.

We need a strong HR professional that enjoys the analytics and bring all of the data into one place, once there to then utilise the system to create reports and trends which can help shape decisions.

All this, as well as being part of a busy HR team and completing the day-to-day queries that comes with c300 employees (so not too much), some recruitment, on boarding, ER, through to password resets!

The key daily tasks will include but will not be limited to;
?? Managing all incoming enquiries for the department from employees, line managers and external stakeholders with a professional manner.
?? Producing accurate new starter documentation; offer letters, contracts, welcome letters and internal communications of new starter announcements to the wider business.
?? Maintaining personnel records on the HR system, currently CIPHR.
?? Assisting the senior HR team with employee inductions, training sessions, changes to company policies and data collation.
?? Creating business data into presentable reports for senior management teams.

Permanent role; working Monday to Friday - office hours based in Derby.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: HR Administrator / HR Co-ordinator

We require our HR Administrator to show a willingness to help and support all our business colleagues. As the first point of contact you will need to have excellent communication skills and be keen to develop your knowledge of our business operations and best practice policies.

This HR Administrator / HR Co-ordinator will suit candidates with the following skills and experience;
?? Demonstrates excellent IT skills across; HR system processing and MS office - word and excel.
?? When inputting and collating data and figures, have a high attention to detail.
?? Keen to develop a career in business administration and HR support.
?? CIPD certificate in HR Admin (desirable not essential)
