Our established and successful construction client based on the outskirts of Cardiff is looking to recruit a Temporary Projects Administrator (Viewpoint experience essential) to work within their busy construction projects team.
Candidates must have working knowledge and experience of using Viewpoint to be considered for this role, and experience of migrating large project data onto Viewpoint will be highly advantageous.
This is a Temporary position for 3-4 months, and you will get to work for a very exciting and forward thinking team and company.
Our client is working remotely due to the pandemic, so this role will be fully remote for the entire contract.
Start Date: May 2021
Contract: Temporary for 3 - 4 Months
Hours: 35 hours per week (flexible to be decided on appointment)
Hourly Rate: GBP10.00 - GBP15.00 per hour depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Managing the migration of department project data onto Viewpoint, assuring files are labelled correctly and electronic filing process is followed.
Processing, labelling, and filing of large technical reports, drawings & plans, and data-sets.
Organise, file and store paperwork, documents, and computer-based information
Liaison with internal departments to source correct data for migration.
Occasional contact with external stakeholders to source missing documentation or reports.
Verification and processing of project costs including data entry into Viewpoint.Skills & Experience:
Working knowledge and experience with Viewpoint is essential.
Recent experience in a busy office environment and/or working remotely in a high level administration role.
Experience the property / buildings sector would be desirable.
Demonstrated experience data handling, migration, and electronic filing.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational skills including proven ability to support projects.
A high degree of computer literacy with a working knowledge of MS office systems and Viewpoint.
