Administrator ~
~ Based on Hortonwood ~
~ 6 months FTC with permanent potential ~

We are now looking for an experienced parts/logistics administrator based on Hortonwood, this vacancy is a 6 month FTC role but has potential to go permanent with immediate start available.
Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8AM - 5PM
1 hour paid lunch
Pay rate:
GBP20,000 - 25,000
Your duties as an Administrator would include:
Answering the telephone to customers daily
Spare part profiling to match stock levels with correct usage
Running shortfall of required stock items
Liaising with Germany/Switzerland factories with parts orders and chasing outstanding orders
Assist in improving service kit BOM's and streamlining the process
Stock check
Quotations to customers
Managing spare part price lists
Processing purchase orders and sales orders
Assisting with goods in/out as needed including FLT driving
Analysing parts movement and shipping cost** SAP experience is essential for this role **
**Experience within spare parts admin, logistics or stores would be advantageous
