We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join a leading housing developer with a history of creating well-designed sustainable communities for over 50 years. You will be joining an ethical and progressive employer, a growing team and supporting on projects across the South East.
The Role:
As Customer Service Coordinator you will be assisting clients in the process of what potentially is the biggest purchase they will make, providing support and guidance to ensure it is a smooth and positive experience.
You will be responsible for assisting clients with initial snagging issues and coordinating with contractors and technicians to resolve with the least possible disruption.
You will act as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders of the business, from members of the public affected by ongoing projects to site teams, contractors and technicians.
About you:
Previous experience in a customer focused environment, ideally in a construction related discipline
Excellent customer service skills
Positive and outgoing
Good IT skills
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
