This highly successful and fast paced international property company is looking for an exceptionally organised Team Assistant to join their busy London office.

As the Team Assistant, this role sits within the valuation (operations) side of the company providing support to the Operations Director, Valuation Team and Valuation Team Coordinator.  The position will involve producing and formatting reports, documents and Excel spreadsheets as well as client invoicing and project management of jobs. 

A brief overview of duties:

  • Job and File Management
    • Creating job files for new work
    • Creating report template for the valuers
    • Helping with allocating work to valuers
    • Liaising with valuer and client as needed on any timescales / deadline
    • Liaising with valuer on the job file and when they will receive the draft report
    • Arranging any international travel or visas
    • Running work tracker documents on larger jobs for weekly / monthly reporting to clients on progress
  • Report Production
    • Understanding when reports will be issued to admin for formatting
    • Proof reading and formatting reports
    • Arranging for valuer to review
    • Arranging for 2nd valuer to review
    • PDF and issuing the report to clients
  • Invoicing
    • Preparing invoices on Xero
    • Checking expenses with valuer
  • Providing cover when other teams members are on annual leave.

It’s a small but very busy team so you will also be an integral part of the support team and assisting with running the office and assisting where needed.  The report production element is a large part of the role, however this fits around the other areas and you will be working closely with the valuation team and their clients. You will be a key part in the running of the valuation team, project managing workloads / valuers and liaising with clients.
