Description

As Social Media and PR Executive, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and responsible for managing the PR and both organic and paid social media strategy for multiple brands within the group.

As a snapshot your new role will include :

• Develop and plan a robust content calendar across all social media platforms ensuring a constant supply of relevant content to deliver a positive impact on sales growth and customer retention.
• Manage social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn for all group brands
• Support the Group Marketing Manager in the identification of new PR opportunities and campaigns.
• Build the brands tone of voice for each social media platform.
• Create positive engagement with customers to resolve customer service issues should they arise.
• Engage with customers and followers by developing positive PR opportunities via social media platforms.
• Support the Group Marketing Manager in the creation of PR campaigns and press releases

You will be an experienced PR and Social Media Executive, who has a passion for building communities, driving engagement and be looking for a varied role where you will be an integral part of a marketing team.

There is no doubt that you will have a passion for content, and be looking for a creative role where you can bring your experience, knowledge and ability to further drive the brands social media strategy.
