Office based from day one in the City, you will work front of house alongside one colleague and be an integral part of a wider front of house team that provides the slick and professional corporate image of this highly successful and rapidly expanding global tech firm.  It is a multi-faceted role and will require a broad skill set including first rate customer service experience, immaculate presentation, a demonstrable work ethic and outstanding attention to detail.  

The successful candidate will display a keen intellect, demonstrated by strong academic achievement and an ability to engage with colleagues and clients with articulate and informed relevance.

  • Background in the hospitality industry at elite level highly rated for this role
  • Upward of two years of similar front line reception experience
  • Strong MS Office skills 
  • Calendar and room management skills
  • Experience managing and working with suppliers and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision 
  • A resilient and mature approach to a dynamic and demanding setup
