We are currently looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our established and growing team in the office. Our teams deal with a broad spectrum of services and trades for our clients.

Day to day the successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with our clients, to keep them up to date with the progress of any outstanding works and our Subcontractors for updates and completion paperwork.

Our Helpdesk team are also the first point of contact for all calls coming into the business, so a polite, professional and confident telephone manner is essential.

Previous experience within the industry and purchasing would be desirable.

Strong communication skills

* excellent typing with attention to detail

* able to work as part of a team or alone when required

* ability to flex between work flows dependent on business demand

* a knowledge of the construction/ facilities management industry

Hours of work are a shift rotation basis of 08:00 - 17:00 and 09:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday
