My client is Healthcare organisation based in Windsor offices, with opportunities to work remotely. Seeking an Office Manager and EA who has experience liaising with Senior Board and Committee members. Joining a small and friendly team of 7, you will wear many hats in this role and get involved with a variety of projects.
Duties might include:
- Liaising with Senior Board and Committee members
- Arranging Board meetings
- Creating Board packs
- Ensuring smooth running of the office
- Speaking with vendors and suppliers
- Inbox management
- Travel bookings
- General Office admin
Candidates must:
- Be flexible to travel to Windsor offices
- Have experience with Board level support
- Be confident, robust and proactive!
