Our client is a leading national healthcare company experiencing a period of growth due to continuing success. They are looking to recruit a number of roles to do with project delivery, and are willing to consider candidates from a variety of backgrounds. You must have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle this role will require travel and overnight stays. You can be based anywhere, you do not have to live in a specific location.
Client Details
Our client is a national healthcare company who support tens of thousands of people in the UK to live independently at home. They have regional offices which require admin support to help them deliver projects. There are multiple roles available here.
Description
You will have an extremely varied day to day, some of the responsibilities you will have will be;
- Supporting your branch network with KPI reporting, and ensuring those KPI's are being hit, ability to analyse and track trends to change things if needed
- Supporting with IT project delivery, and being a regional 'champion'
- Supporting with learning and development
- Supporting project managers with ongoing company projects to ensure on time and in budget delivery
- Providing on-site training for new employees
- Build great relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be the 'go to' person with qurestions
- Be heavily involved in implementing new processes and always seeking to streamling and improve things
- Onboarding new staff
- Understand and be involved in the development and management of processes and corresponding documentation
as well ads lots of other ad-hoc project based requirements
Profile
Dynamic, confident and natural communicator with an inspiring quality. Ability to positively influence stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of a project outcomes. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills with all levels of stakeholders Logical and efficient Ability to be flexible and adaptable to working scenarios Solid understanding of customer service principles and practice Experience of working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Job Offer
£30,000-£35000 basic salary

Hotels and overnight stays fully expensed if needed

Hours 37 per week
20 days annual leave + 8 stat bank holidays
