HSE Administrator
An excellent opportunity for individuals with administration experience and experience with HSE processes to manufacturing leader who supply their products globally based at a modern facility in Elton, Cheshire.
The role reports into the HSE Manager within the HSE team. Responsible for providing HSE administration support to a strong, enthusiastic HSE Management team actively striving to continually improve HSE practices, performance results, and standards.
Qualities we look for;
Previous experience working in a similar style role covering Health & Safety Env document management desirable
Excellent administrative/document management skills ideally SAP experience but training will be provided
Excellent use of Microsoft packages, including high ability in Excel
Strong attention to detail
Able to use initiative and work with limited supervision
Excellent communication and teamworking is key
Health and Safety conscious at all times
Work in a fast-paced environment.Essential skills:
Professional and positive attitude
Team player
Ability to clearly communicate with team

Responsibilities;
Administration support to HSE Team on Safety Management Systems & Environmental Management Systems
Tracking internal audit & corrective actions, provide progress reports
Admin support for ISO Audits & other 3rd party customer audits (i.e., SEDEX & ECOVADIS)
Support installation and maintenance of new ISO 45001 H&S standard and a new company document management system
Monitor site compliance obligation schedule and activities required
Prepare Senior Leadership Reports and Departmental Performance KPI presentations
Support Environmental Manager on processing of waste invoices, consumption data for compliance reporting
Update & track non-conformance actions from Risk Assessments, Incident Investigations as presented by the HSE team
Follow up on accident Investigation documents and notifications for claims management
Input HSE Observations data and provide analysis for Departmental feedback use
Maintain & develop Key Performance Indicators & score cards for the business units and company
Raise Purchase Requisitions & process invoices for payments in SAP
Update site HSE notice boards, create signage and HSE Toolbox talksApply now to be considered
