Customer Service Manager - Sales

One of our high-performing branches based in Lincoln is looking for a customer-focused individual to closely support a selection of highly valued customers, whilst continuously driving sales and performance within the branch.

Based at the Deacon Road branch in Lincoln - one of our busiest and largest branches locally - the Customer Service Manager will take ownership for a selection of high-value customers, and support them with their day to day sales orders and activity; providing excellent customer service and guidance whilst ensuring the continual business growth.

What does the role entail?

The Customer Service Manager will be pivotal in managing and developing business opportunities with existing Jewson customers to include:

Responsibility for managing core customers, ensuring business growth through providing excellent levels of service
Create close working relationships with large contract customers, as well as across the business
Work with suppliers and other colleagues to continuously develop sales opportunities
Continuously liaise with branches and customers to ensure expectations are being met at all times
Deliver plans to organise, achieve and exceed sales plans, sales and margin targets
Be constantly aware of Market Conditions and use initiative to react decisively and positively to change.We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Have fantastic Customer Service Experience and know what great service looks like, sounds like and feels like. That's really important to us.
Are able to interpret and react to financial data
Have excellent communication skills and strong business acumen
Are pro-active, flexible and able to deliver with a high level of accuracy
