My Shropshire based client is currently recruiting for an IT Support Administrator.
Applications are welcome from graduates with limited experience or candidates who have relevant experience.
Salary - negotiable
Hours 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday
8.30am - 4pm Friday

28 days holiday (including bank holidays) rising to 35 days after 2 years continuous service (including bank holidays)
Duties include:-
New User/PC setup.
Active Directory/Exchange Maintenance within an Office 365 Environment
Basic server administration
Administration of Anti-Virus software
Basic network administration/troubleshooting
Administering VOIP Telephone System
Administration of VPN across 2 sites
Repairing Hardware such as Laptops, PCs and Printers to minimise disruption to end users
Maintenance of various Sage systems
Writing complex SQL queries, triggers, stored procedures and rendering SQL queries through SQL Server Reporting Services
Maintaining business critical bespoke software
Communicating effectively with end users on different site
Liaising with 3rd party support teams/consultants
End user requirement gathering
Contribute to department knowledge base
Remote support via Teamviewer
Assisting with ongoing IT projects
Respond to system down requests immediately
Create and maintain company reports
Qualifications and Skills
3 or more years in a help desk environment
Hold an IT related qualification
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Report writing with SSRS
Experience with Office 365 administration, Windows Server 2016 and Windows 10
Proven experience of troubleshooting Hardware and Software problems
Ability to work independently or part of a small team
Ability to communicate effectively with non-technically minded end users from different countries
Excellent organisation skills, ability to prioritise workload
SQL Server 2016 experience
