Group HR Manager
Salary: up to GBP55,000
Location: Blackburn BB1.
A growing, successful organisation within the healthcare sector are looking to increase their HR offering to their group of companies. Due to an exciting period of change, they are now looking for a Group HR Manager to manage the function. This is a brilliant career opportunity for a people and business focussed HR leader looking for a new challenge.
As Group HR Manager you will be responsible for managing a full HR support to senior managers and employees across multiple sites around the North West. You will provide advice and support on a variety of HR related issues including employee relations, talent management, succession planning, engagement and recruitment whilst contributing to a variety of projects. An experienced generalist, you will work closely with managers across the businesses to coach and influence them, ensuring decisions are made in line with legislation, whilst reviewing HR processes and making recommendations of improvement where necessary.
Responsibilities include:
• You will lead the HR Team in delivering an exceptional service to the operational and functional teams.
• You will be supporting the Board and leadership team in delivering growth and making strategic and operational decisions to drive the business forward.
• As a vital part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will focus on customer service, talent & succession management, integrating cultures and enhancing business performance
• You will contribute and lead on the development and delivery of key HR projects.
• You will ensure the different businesses within the group are resourced with the right people and drive outstanding performance within the HR Team.
• You will work in improving employee engagement levels by working with the Senior Leadership Teams
What we are looking for:
• Demonstrable experience as a senior leader within HR
• Proven track record of leading a HR Team within a medium to large business.
• Experience in managing, mentoring and developing teams.
• Strategic, challenging and empowering
• CIPD level 5/7 & Chartered MCIPD
• Knowledge of employment law and practice including the employment tribunal rules and procedures
